Ashley was phenomenal!!!!! Very professional and calming to be around. Ive never been here before and felt like I was transported to a different place, the decor and vibe made me very relaxed and it definitely didnt feel overly commercial like a lot of spas these days. Was classy and tropical!! Definitely worth every penny and I'll be raving to all my friends and family. Thank you for your service!!!

This is our third year in a row that we have gone to Karma Spa because of how wonderful the massages are that we receive there. In addition to the amazing massages (special thanks to Nikita and Nakisha), my wife and I love the warm reception that we receive, the unhurried and calm treatment, and warm conversation we received at the end.

Beautiful spa with lovely waiting room and stunning lagoon pool for lounging when finished. Rosanna was very kind and attentive to how I was feeling throughout my prenatal massage and was very gentle. The Elemis Superfood facial with Ashley was amazing too! She was very thorough and all of the products smelled amazing. I would definitely return and recommend AquaSpa to others. Amazing experience, thank you!

Nakita was an awesome therapist. It was the best massage I've had for the year! Nails looked cute too by the time she was done. Will definitely book Karma Spa again in the New Year!

Zoe and Shanelle provided outstanding service during my recent visit. Sabrina & the team are exceptional. The vibe of the spa is so serene & relaxing… from the music, to the aroma, to the hot towel to wipe your hands. I’ve been coming for years & will continue because it keeps getting better!

Natasha started my service on time, was pleasant, the spa was clean and well put together and most of all my manicure and wax were well done. Will definitely visit again.

The spa provides a complete package of services. I had a massage and a facial with Roseanna. She was awesome. I went with two friends and they said their services were awesome too. We each had our own cabin for our services and were provided with plush towels and spa robes. The spa is operated such that it feels like a retreat ... the atmosphere is very peaceful, including a beautiful pool. If I could give six stars, I would.

This was my first time at the Spa but definitely not the last. Nikita was very nice and polite and made me feel comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her..

I had the pro collagen age defy facial and tagged on my complimentary 10 minute back and neck massage beforehand. The whole treatment was divine, my spa therapist Janelle was personable, experienced and excellent. Would thoroughly recommend to any hotel or visiting guests!

It was an absolutely beautiful experience. The staff were certain to make sure we enjoyed our special day and occasion at the spa. A very relaxing and refreshing experience and would definitely recommend it.

Went to Karma Spa 4 times for a wash and blow dry x 3 and the Elemis facial with Andrea, Andrea is lovely and very talented. Highly recommend.

Relaxing environment with a talented spa therapist.

My service was excellent. A shout out to therapist Caroline who provided a 5 star invigorating scrub & massage. The facility, small individual space with washroom and shower was an oasis. Would highly recommend to visitors and locals. If you are staying ar Sweetfield Manor make sure to have spa service. I will be returning.
