A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

Always a great experience at The Greenwich Spa. My course of laser treatment is going well and the staff are always professional and conscientious in their job. I'm never disappointed.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to give AuraOrganics Spa (HW) 5 stars! The receptionist was flexible with me running a few minutes late (I’m so appreciative, it’s my birthday). The private day package offered everything it promised and I took some really nice pictures. The hot tub 10/10. My masseuse was 10/10, she was lovely and got right in there with the knots on my back. 45 minutes was definitely needed. I can’t even highlight the best part because this was the best birthday experience. Overall the staff were friendly and I will be coming back very soon!!

Lovely relaxing treatment, exactly what I was hoping for. I had a package of a back scrub and anti-stress massage. Highly recommended! Pleasant environment and friendly staff, too.

Amal gave the most amazing massage! I really needed some de stress and I came out smiling and feeling lighter! I had been before to Greenwich spa, but not now with Amal I will come back more often for sure :)

Lovely solo spa trip. Super relaxing. Lovely people working showing me how it all works. Very kind they let me shelter from the rain in the salon for as long as I needed. Would visit again.

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

The overall experience was great with friendly staff. All inclusive spa with privacy. The only odd thing I noticed during massage was that masseurs were using one hand multiple times which could be an indication that they were using their phones with the other hand. I could be wrong but both my husband and I noticed it during our session. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

The spa was good, the lady explained everything to us, however it wasn’t entirely private as the staff walked in a couple of times. The facilities were all good. However the temperature of the hot tub was not hot enough, which was a bit disappointing. Overall good spa.

Enjoyed the private spa experience thoroughly. Everything was clean and we were well taken care of. Would be nice to include a cold room or something so you can cool down before re-entering the steam room etc. Also would be nice to have instructions on the shower controls as the water was scolding hot.

I highly recommend both the spa and Melody - I was warmly welcomed at reception and taken up to the treatment room. The spa is spotlessly clean, despite me having a late evening appointment. Melody took great care to be reassuring and explain exactly what the treatment was and what she was doing. I will visit again.

First time going to this spa for massage and wax. Massage was great felt great after the wax was good but not everything was done (just the front not the back if that makes sense!). The waiting area was just in thr main salon and it was a bit cold in the massage room but overall great little place which is handy in the middle of greenwich.

Susanne was great today, a pleasure to talk to, she made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. I had the colonic hydrotherapy and I left the Spa salon feeling amazing! Susanne was knowledgeable and kind! Huge thanks, Susanne!
