Bamboo massage by Karita was beyond words. Stretched my muscles from head to foot without the pain was so relaxed I accidently dropped off and snored. Once finished was so effective I was able to touch my toes from a standing positions . ( I have not been able to do this for 2 years since I had an accident and illness. Once again woodlands ladies have introduced a first class experience. Highly recommended it.

Lymphatic drainage full body massage. My body has been swollen, puffy, tired and generally run down from constant illness But coming to the rescue is the lymphatic drainage massage. Karita worked her magic on my broken body and restarted my whole system. The 2 days after this treatment I spent deflating literally . I felt so sluggish before this treatment as if my body couldn't work in harmony to cleanse itself. After this treatment I feel as if my body has been restarted to how it should work. Amazing massage and facial with Taryn. She got right into my knotty shoulder muscles and then nearly sent me to sleep with a relaxing scalp massage during the facial. Highly recommend if you need to feel relaxed!

Once again Taryn literally put me to sleep. I know I snored but she was to polite to say The winter warmer is heavenly starting with a hot mitt scrub that was amazing followed by a back, neck shoulder massage then wrapped up in cosy blankets with a warming lavender eye mask finishing with a head, face massage. Not sure of the end as was so relaxed I dropped off lol.

Had an Indian head massage with Madi this afternoon. Fabulous, Madi worked away at my sinuses and soothed my tension headache. Such instant relief worked a little too well on my relaxation as I couldn't form coherent sentences once I got down stairs from the lovely decorated new room. So love Smith and Co Definately making it my 2nd home.

Had the micro derma abrasion with Taryn today. Oh my goodness my skin is so soft and fresh looking. Taryn explained everything she was doing and made me feel so relaxed I managed to start drifting off. Taryn always manages to do an amazing facial massage that works my sinuses. Would love a package with sinus and lymphatic drainage after the derma abrasion or hydro treatment. 5star to Taryn and once again well done Stacey and team you are all wonderful and so inventive. 😊

The whole 90 min experience was amazing ,from back shoulder and neck massage to the facial.the facial was the best I have had ,and had lots done by the very proffesional Daniel My face glowed with the fantastic facial products Would definitely recommend
