I had booked back and shoulder massage for my husband at Rina massage Therapy. He was really happy with the massage. He's been suffering with lower back pain for past couple of months. Rina exactly identified the knots on the back and with her techinques lossened them. After hearing my husband's feedback about her, I am planning to get massage done from her. Had nail builder gel and colour removed to give my nails a test. I was really impressed with the strength and health of my nails once the gel was removed. This treatment definitely helped my nails to grow and look amazing. My back neck and shoulder massage was deeply relaxing and relieved tension and knots across my shoulders, tops of my arms and my back. Sukhi paid particular attention to my spine and neck where my muscles were very tight.

I arrived with shoulders and neck feeling like blocks of concrete. Sukhi managed to release all the tension with a deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage using a lovely aromatic oil. I won’t be needing the deep heat cream tonight :D This was followed by a luxury pedicure so my feet got a pamper too. I left feeling relaxed and pampered, Thank you Sukhi!

Fabulous. Michelle is so quick, friendly and most importantly for me, informative. I felt totally at ease, and as someone with a massive fear of pain I was able to get through it, knowing the more I held out the better the result would be. This hair has plagued me for half my life but i feel so hopeful now! Coming back for the next round soon!

I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

Indian head massage was wonderful - very relaxing and I felt looked after. Would love if you sound-proofed the room a bit more and/or put on some relaxing music/sounds in the room. Salon chatter and music was a little distracting, but luckily I have a noisy mind so I was able to drown it out most of the time. Lady was very apologetic about the noise which is why it's still 5 stars. Excellent service :)

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

The appointment was on time, no need to wait. Melissa was very good and efficient with the massage I had and paid special attention to area I highlighted to her as having trouble with. Great work !
