I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .

My skin always looks and feels amazing after my facials with Ayse. I have done different skin treatments and love every single of them. Ayse also did my eyelash extensions and she does such a great job! Ayse is always so nice, friendly and always makes sure I’m comfortable while receiving my treatments. This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! I've been going for massages with Andrew for a while now and it's always a fantastic experience. Andrew takes his time to understand any issues that need to be tackled in the session, and tailors the experience to you needs, whether it's injury or just some self care. On top of that, Andrew is kind, understanding, and creates a pleasant atmosphere for a safe and relaxing experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The facials with Olivia are amazing. I love going in the evening. It’s such a relaxing way to end my day and it allows the products to work their magic overnight. I always wake up with fresh, glowy and hydrated skin. Couldn't recommend Olivia enough!
