I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

My recent massage and facial with Esme was fantastic. Her massage technique perfectly balanced pressure and relaxation, effectively releasing tension in my shoulders and neck. The facial was equally impressive - she analysed my skin, used appropriate products, and left my skin looking refreshed. Esme's personalized approach made the experience special. I left feeling completely rejuvenated with glowing skin. Highly recommend!

This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

I had the 60 min massage + 30 min facial package. Absolutely incredible. Like dying and going to heaven (but even better than that as I'll get to book and go do it again!!!). Perfect from the heated bed to the music , to the smell of the products to the sound bath at the end. Can't recommend enough. Just wish there were more than 5 stars to give it! Amanda makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and has created the most fun and zen space. Perfect.

I went for the 90 mins facial and body massage. My therapist Esme practically sent me to sleep, so dreamy was her touch! Highly recommend this treatment for a tired face and body.

I had an amazing facial with Yoko - booked at the very last minute thanks to Mary’s brilliant customer service. Yoko talked me to me about my skin concerns and tailored her treatment accordingly and included an incredible neck, head and shoulder massage. I left feeling so relaxed and re-stressed.

Lovely staff and lovely massage / facial! If I did it again I’d do the facial after the massage as I ended the massage on my stomach and felt like all of the lovely lymphatic drainage from the facial kind of went away? Other than that I really liked it!

An excellent brightening facial. Yoko creates such a bespoke experience, using a variety of lovely smelling products to make you feel relaxed and well looked after! My skin felt great at the end and my skin looked brighter and more hydrated! I love that there is so much packed into the hour including some great massage!

Having had a very challenging 2-years, I treated myself to an afternoon of wellbeing and relaxation at The Greenwich Spa. Thursday afternoon, I had a hand and foot treatment, facial, and a deep tissue massage. The two therapists were professional, friendly and gave me the time and space to relax, and listen to the tranquil music, whilst I had my treatments. Very happy with the service, including reception, so go give them and try and make an appointment.

Nicole was wonderful and made me feel at ease. I had a massage which was great and a facial which left my skin glowing. Would definitely recommend and will be back
