I attended my first visit today for a head, neck and shoulder massage. It was very relaxing massage which I needed. The stiffness in my neck and shoulders greatly improved so I will be booking again

My second visit to Michelle after having a brilliant experience of a pregnancy massage. This time I opted for the pregnancy reflexology and it was incredible. I have been having acupuncture and massage with Louise for several months to help my knee pain as I needed a operation for a new knee. Since attending Thrive Wellness Centre and seeing Louise for treatment she has help me lose over a stone in weight and I am no longer in so much pain and will not be having a knee operation. I now see Louise for regularly for treatment to maintain my health and wellbeing.

Today’s treatment was everything I needed & more. Foot reflexology is always amazing & today I had the added bonus of a scalp & neck massage which soothed my woolly head. Michelle always listens & makes me feel my wellbeing is really important to her. Her comfy, cosy, peaceful treatment room is the perfect environment, she makes everything lovely. Thank you 🙏
