Was here 3 days in a row whilst on my holidays in London. Had LPG one day , all over , and Em Sculpt three days in a row on my stomach. Definitely feel more toned on my stomach and feel skinnier all over. The service was lovely and the ladies there gave me some really good advice. Very happy , will defo return in future 🙂

I recently had a sports massage with Will, and it was a strong and effective experience that left me feeling much lighter afterwards. The room was calm and inviting, and Will was both professional and informative. We started with a helpful discussion about my general health and my goals for the session, which made me feel more in control of the experience. Will was attentive and happy to listen, which I really appreciated. The location is a little tucked away inside the gym, but with some help from the market, it was easy enough to find. Overall, a great experience that I’d happily recommend!

What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a chronic lower back problem and love that she works very like a physiotherapist, stretching and manipulating arms and legs to address restrictions and discomfort in the body. It's a brilliant treatment that frees up the whole body

Everyone goes out of their way at N&N Joseph. Today was such a lovely day at the clinic. I had the head neck and back massage and an express facial. Super relaxing and I felt it was a personalised experience (as always!) and I am constantly recommending my friend go here.

A recent massage experience with Bruno left me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. The therapist was professional and attentive, asking about areas of tension before beginning the session. The pressure applied was perfect—not too light, but not overly intense.

Feeling great after my massage by Carlos and he had really good conditioning advice for a running niggle as well.

After trying lots of different lymphatic drainage in and around London I finally found V Fritz! I feel safe in her hands as I can see all the knowledge she has about what she is doing, so I travel now every week to be treated by the best!

Millie is fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended indeed! Definitely delivers on what a deep tissue massage should be! Am always left very relaxed and she has really helped with the neck and upper back aches I've had for years. The occasional offers are also too good to miss out on!
