Sports massage sorted my shoulders and leg muscles. Feeling a lot freer again and shoulder muscles not clunking and clicking!

Great studio and very relaxing vibe. We were made to feel at ease straight away. Machines perform deep tissue massage all over, using heated rollers and different pressure settings. Trinn is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Ella was great with sports massage working on tight areas of calves and shoulders. Always checking the pressure was not too great. Afterwards she explained where the specific tighter points were and how to look after myself after a deep massage re hydration and food. I feel a lot freer 11 hours later when writing this. Great experience. Trini explains everything and answers questions. I love the warmth of the infrared lights whilst being massaged by the roller. Today I increased the speed and really felt the difference. I can define my areas of tightness and really feel I’ve worked on them . The studio smells divine , and decor is calming . All very zen . I have had sports massages from many companies in the local area and have never found them particularly helpful. That is until I discovered in good hands. Charlotte is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Following a brief consultation about my areas of concern, she immediately concentrated on addressing them. After the full body MOT, I felt rejuvenated. That night I had the best sleep I have had in a long time and the next day I felt considerably more limber. I visit in good hands at least once a month and would recommend their services to anyone.
