Best sports massage in Dublin. I had problem with my ankle for a while and she was able to help with it in a finest way. I feel much better and ankle has more strength just after a couple of sessions. Highly recommended!!

I'm training for the Dublin Marathon and had started to experience some foot and knee pain after my long training runs. Una quickly identified the source of the issue and provided immediate relief with a massage treatment. She also gave me great advice on stretches to do to keep the issue at bay and make sure I'm ready to go on marathon day. Highly recommended!

I found una online during a week staying in the area visiting relatives. She really understood where my pain was coming from, and gave me quite a deep thorough massage which was still very relaxing. Ill defi itely make another appointment next time i come over.

Hi Una, thanks for massage yesterday. I was fine for an hour or so after I got home then I was hit by a wave of tiredness, the body just wants to sleep, sleep, sleep! Even now I'm up a few hours but body still wants lots more sleep so looks like I'll have to return to bed shortly. I'm viewing all this in a positive light, the body response to the massage in general and maybe you're work on the Subscapularis (I remembered the name!) in particular. I'll do the exercise you showed me and update you on developments when I see you next week. Regards, Paul

Úna provides an excellent service in a spotlessly clean treatment room. I went for a relaxing massage but Úna was also able to do some tailored work on my neck where I previously had surgery. She even gave me some stretches to do, to help prevent the problem reoccurring.

This was my 4th holistic massage at Sáiste Massage Therapy so far and I always find them to be a great way to refresh the body and mind. Una is very attentive and has happily adjusted the treatment to suit my needs each time. She always makes sure I'm as relaxed and comfortable as possible throughout the massage. Highly recommended!

Very thorough session with Una today, and week on week improvement. Also great to get clearly explained exercises to work on during the week ahead of the next scheduled session.
