OMG had a crisis this morning both calves cramped out, managed to tame the right however the left had to go with the flow. The massage today was very complimentary especially my glutes thank you. Oh and the food discussion spot on.

I have found Pele's oncology massages have been really great. Also she is so knowledgeable about what things she can do to help me as my doctor has basically told me ther is nothing more they can do for me. So I am managing things on my own.
