Always a relaxing experience & Sara explains everything so well. I had an issue with my neck, she told me all the names of the muscles & where they run to and how they might affect me. Sara then adapted my massage, to work carefully around my painful neck.

Absolutely amazing. I felt very nervous on my first visit & Sara completely put me at ease. She listened fully about my issues & worked with me and my body. At first certain areas were really painful, practically untouchable, but now she can work with those areas. Sara has made me feel so relaxed and helped ease my pain. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have had two treatments so far one massage and a Thai foot massage - both treatments made me feel very relaxed , the atmosphere is tranquil and a very professional service is always given - highly recommend

Perfect massage, explained the process and what I was going to happen in my aromatherapy message, asked which smell relaxes me the most. It really did relax me and my muscles.
