Leen took the time to explain & answer my concerns and questions. She did not rush my assessment which is important to me. She is gentle and put me at ease by putting more numbing cream than usual to address my very low pain threshold. This was much appreciated. The procedure room is clean and so were the tools used. The overall experience is nothing less than great. Thank you Leen.

SkinHavem is a place where your skin will really be looked after. Leen explains thoroughly the procedures and its benefits. Her hands are so gentle that will make you feel so comfortable. You will never go empty handed as she is veey generous giving away take home products/samples. Yesterday was my second visit and will definitely come back as needed.

Good experience. Therapist accomodating as I have come in 30mins prior my appointment. I was attended when the therapist ready. Ambience of the environment clean and safe. Everything that I needed to know was explained to me prior proceeding to the treatment. Therapist well experienced.

I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Leen. She was incredibly detailed and patient in answering my questions. I was very pleased that she took extra care to ensure I didn't feel any pain during the procedure, even though it took a bit longer. I highly recommend Skin Haven and will definitely return.
