Feel so relaxed and confident with my stylist Roxanne. After having long hair all my life (now over 60), we discussed styles and I went for a blunt bob above my shoulders. I absolutely love it and so do all my family. Great coffee and chat too x

Always professional and gives good advice! Helps you to identify your goals and sends exercise/therapy plan online with video links on how to complete the exercise. (Good for me who has a memory like a sieve!) would definitely recommend.

Great, friendly wellcome. Obviously have the knowledge to provide the services they offer to the point of explaining the right service even if it wasn’t the most expensive they offer.

Fiona is fantastic, she has helped me come back from injury much stronger and with techniques on managing things going forward. She has helped structure my training to help with my long term running goals and has added progressions in as my strength has improved.

Last minute booking which was really convenient. Fiona was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what I needed, working with/around my injury. Could have stayed for another hour easily! Will be back again

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was Sue's only client. What stood out the most was how incredibly personalized my treatment was. It was clear that the treatment was tailored specifically to my needs—not just offering a generic solution. Sue's expertise was obvious through in the way she handled my concerns with precision. I left the clinic feeling refreshed and looking forward to my next appointment.

Fiona was friendly and informative And made me feel extremely comfortable. I was given a Robust and thorough examination. My shoulder is already feeling better and with the follow up exercises I trust will continue to Improve. I would highly recommend Valkyrie Performance and Aesthetics.
