Overall a very good experience. The nail art done was very cute (though the french tips can be improved with brushwork and a bit more paint). Only reason that it missed the 5 star was that the technician was slightly rough with removing the old BIAB and did hit one of my nails bed twice which I'm hoping has not caused too much damage.

Perfect nails every single time 🙏 Aleksandra is the best nail technician I ever experienced. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve always received the best care. The nails are natural, strong, cuticles are SO clean, shape is perfection, art or colour is always beautiful. I can only recommend 🏆🙌 Every time I come I’m both excited and slightly sad to see the old nails go because even after 4 weeks the nails look incredible and I never regret the choice 😊

Mari is the best nail tech that I've ever been to. It's hard to find someone who's great with prep, structure and designs but Mari can do it all. As soon as I came into her workspace I knew that my experience would be great, it is clean, tidy and all of the tools were freshly sanitized in a sealed pouch which is very important to me. I also work in beauty, I've never found someone that meets my high expectations. Mari prepped my nails well, customized the nail forms to fit my difficult fingers, pinched my nails to get a perfect c-curve and executed the nail art perfectly! 10/10 service

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been doing my nails with Giulia since ages now and every time she goes far and beyond. She is a perfectionist, very high detailed and professional. She is always up to any request! My nails look healthy, clean and super fancy. She offers a 5star-luxury manicure (I tried many places in London before, so I know what I’m talking about), I can’t be more happy! 🤩

Fab experience with my daughter and friends who had Christmas themed manicure and nail art done. Lala was great and my daughter came out all smiling with lovely nail art. The staff were all attentive and caring and checked on us several times.

Staff is very lovely, professional and friendly. I came in today for a gel extension nail set and got seated with the amazing lady Nadia. I am a very picky and precise person when it comes to nails and she has done them absolutely perfectly- with all the exact details I wanted- and put them into reality !! She knew exactly what she was doing not a single cuticle cut like I’ve had in other salons. All the other staff where smiling and making me feel like I was part of their big family that they’ve built :) I highly recommend and 100% I’m coming back, and not going anywhere else !!
