I found the nail tech that did my manicure to be experienced and very polite. She was attentive to my choices and carried out what I wanted her to do with ease i would however suggest a more qualified lady to attend to the reception area she was not very sure of herself and the manner she addressed questions was not professional. It was a wonderful. Milly was kind, professional, and her technique is great. She talked me through my options based on what I wanted, my nails look beautiful and natural, and the location is peaceful and quiet. I’m never been big on nails but I’m definitely going back - I highly recommend.

I loved the experience and I’m definitely coming back again for my treatments. A really small qualm is just for the nail techs to pay closer attention to sanitising tools, not mad at my nail techs work but she seldom sanitised her tools in between and that was a little worrying for me, particularly worried about fungal infections that can be contagious.

Mars is the best nail tech I've ever had, she does the most perfect polygel manicures, my nails are healthy and lovely, I haven't used tips or acrylic since the beginning of the year, and I will never go back. Thank you Mars, you're so talented and a beautiful soul! Oh and the receptionist, Natasha is so friendly and warm, I really enjoy coming to the salon and their professionalism. Keep it up ladies!

Such a great experience at The Pink Room. Mimi did an excellent job with my nails as she not only executed the art perfectly but she was also very patient as I wasn't 100% certain on the design (outside of the colour scheme.) She was very gentle with the nail prep + cuticle work and even finished much faster than I thought (due to the intricacy of the design) I soooo appreciate the nails and will definitely recommend the Pink Room and Mimi! :)

I’ve been trying to get a booking at the salon and I must admit that it was worth the wait. Honestly had the best experience at your salon. The staff is so friendly and the salon is so beautiful.
