Great service. Lovely to chat with Tabeth. Nails were done well. Loved the colour I ended up choosing, would appreciate more bright but deep options for brown skin. Eg more shades of luxury blue eg navy, indigo, midnight, lapis, azure, cobalt. Overall Im happy, this has been my second visit to Riverlands since its opening in November and 4th branch Ive been to, current favourite.

I am very particular about my waxing and my usual waxing spa was closed for the holiday so I booked here. Milka’s technique was impressive making it a Painless fast Hollywood wax not missing a spot hence the name precession ! Happy with Smooth results! I will definitely be back also easy parking nearby. Also proud to discover that’s a young black woman owned business! 🎉

I enjoyed the experience, I was treated well & my hands with care. However when it came to nail art (I booked simple for 2 nails), I was told by the nail tech that she doesn’t do nail art. A bit odd and disappointing, so this should be checked. But overall still good.

I went in for soft gel tips with nail art. This was my first time visiting the place and was a bit skeptical as their Instagram page does not have a display of nails. However the results were great and I am extremely happy with the outcome! The staff is all friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed my time there. I was assisted by Audrey, she has a neat and steady hand, I am extremely happy with the outcome of the nails. I was also happy with the nail shape. P.S. Your work is great - and should be displayed more on your social media platforms

Sheila was so lovely to chat to! She also tried artwork that was a bit difficult for her, but came out so beautifully and I'm so grateful that she tried it anyway! The staff was just so kind towards me. I had such a lovely experience and I LOVE my nails!!! 10/10 would always recommend. Especially Sheila!!!!

Experience was good , I would say it was a bit rough …. When they push back the Cuticles on toes. Massage was lovely. I must say Boa needs a deep clean it’s starting to look run down and dirty 🫤 the nail color books are full of dark hand marks , and the chairs are stained and dirty. The nail treatment and quality is great but to keep up with the standard I would say a deep clean and revamped furniture is needed. It’s not good when the client starts to question the sanitary of their experience.

One of the best treatments I've had in a while. I could not find any fault. Particularly a world class soak - all the other ladies can learn from Thandokazi to do an amazing soak without any damage to the nail bed.
