Hayley is the best nail technician in Christchurch. She is very calm and kind. I've been getting my nails done by her for a couple of years, even before she joined the team. Her work is always top-notch. She has a great sense of color matching and design, and she truly listens to what I want!

Preeti does a wonderful job! Satisfied with my. Nails 😀 However my experience was constantly interrupted by customers coming in. I appreciate that it was the manager doing my nails and the manager needing to sort these issues, but perhaps another staff member is required in mornings to manage the desk? While I was there, another customer who had visited the week before returned with a builder gel nail that had come off and this wasn’t replaced free of charge. Preeti acknowledged that the person was a regular- however they still needed to pay. Where is the incentive for loyal customers?

Holly did a fabulous job on my nails!!!

Staff made me feel comfortable and at ease while I had my nails done. Went for the gel x extensions which I love! Really enjoyed the hand massage at the end too and it was a really good price 😊

Charisse really is a Marvel. Didn't bat an eyelid at the weird, last minute idea I had. Nails look fantastic, as always.

Such a good experience, it was my first time getting gel nails and Amy let me choose all the colours and really did a beautiful job with the nail art.

I don’t really want to tell everyone how good this place is.. as more people will come and I’ll struggle to get my regular appointment.. but 1999 House of Nails is the best!

It was good as he was a training artist -friendly enough but would be a nicer atmosphere if the artists chatted more. Nails are ok little sharp on edges and cuticle was pushed back too far on big thumb feels like quite a ridge there now
