Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waiee was amazing as usual. We always have a good chat and she knows exactly what's going on with my problematic runners legs and glutes! Also gives great advice on exercises and solutions to reduce further injury or issues. Claire x

Excellent. The lounge exceeded our expectations. I visited with my husband, and we both fit in the sauna, so there are no issues with size. We tried all options from the recovery lounge: sauna, cold plunge, pressotherapy and red light therapy and would highly recommend all. The small touches make a huge difference, from bringing us electrolytes whilst in the sauna, rining the bell when entering and the coaching through the cold plunge - couldn't recommend enough!

He was attentive, informative and helped us to both achieve results we were proud of! Looking to book our next session in soon :)

Absolutely incredible experience today in the recovery lounge. They have truly thought of everything from electrolyte drinks in the sauna to little sweets by the lounger and a supply of toiletries, bobbles, goggles for the light therapy etc. Waiyee talked us through the entire session and coached us through the cold plunge which we couldn't have done without her encouragement and breathing techniques but are now complete converts! She made the entire experience all the better. Will definitely be back.

The Lounge is clean and comfortable. Filip was amazing, professional and very organised. I would go back and definitely recommend this Therapy Lounge. Duck looked great too :)

Once we found the place it was lovely. Very friendly and made to fee at ease. Used sauna and cold water therapy. Was brilliant.

Great experience using the sauna, ice bath, pressotherapy and oxygen therapy. So well looked after by Filip who was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We had the most amazing session today ,loved the contrast therapy. Fillip was so helpful and a great host, Iv come away feeling so good will definitely be booking to come back.
