I had a cut, full head colour and finish with Rosie.I was overall happy with the result, even though the colour came out a bit darker than expected,but didn't mind it.The only reason I'm dropping 1 star is because 2 days prior to my appointment, I went in for the patch test and asked whether I could get the 20% newcomer discount.Rosie wasn't there so someone else helped me with it, checked my booking on fresha and said yes,just to mention it at the end.When I did so, Rosie said it wasn't possible, which was confusing and I didn't understand why I wasn't eligible and was told 2 different things

Monix has been my stylist for as long as I can remember and I would find it incredibly hard to ever trust anyone else with my curly hair. Consistently a gorgeous cut by a very knowledgeable curl specialist. I always leave with exactly what cut I ask for and Monix cuts any face framing I have in a really detailed way to help woth styling. Monixs’ advice about the type of cut I need is always spot on. Hair always leaves looking and feeling far healthier!
