The massage was really good, It only lost a star due to the pole directly under my face on the massage table being quite dusty and horrible, and I was hoping there would be an aromatherapy steam machine thing going like downstairs rather than a bit of oil on a face mask covered in blue roll. Basically the massage was great but the room didn’t really feel relaxing or special.

I was recommended to use Charlotte for a B12 shot by my reflexologist. I'd been recieving NHS shots so was apprehensive about getting a shot from a clinic but Charlotte's knowledge and professionalism beat the three NHS doctors I've seen! She asks you to complete a form that she puts through to a governing body to approve the injection for - so you know her service is of utmost professionalism. Won't hesitate to use again! Trish 😊

I had the most wonderful experience at Neal's Yard today with the homeopathist Rebecca. She listened intensely - unpeeled the layers in a gentle and non-intrusive way - and she gave me a remedy which so far is changing the way I feel for the better.

Excellent as usual - except for today there was a problem with 'processing' my usual payment which took far longer than it should have done. With me already having been at least 5 minutes late for my appointment (due to traffic & parking problems, not caused by Neal Yard), I also found the light bulb in the customer loo not working either, but at least the 'unknown payment error problem' with 'your system', was 'fixed?' by the time I had finished upstairs in the loo. O.MG. what a day! I go there for some relaxation & to TRY to 'recharge' my 'knackered internal batteries', not have a worse day!

All staff in shop very knowledgeable and friendly. My therapy is always positive.

Always a absolute treat to see Charlotte for my regular dermaplaning facial. She’s so knowledgable, gives a 5-star service and my skin feels and looks amazing. Highly recommend.
