Lorraine was amazing, have visited a few times before and no issues. Only slight (personal opinion) the bed that I was on was very narrow and felt I had to hold my arms and couldn't fully relax. However didn't take away from experience

A firm fav go to for pre-holiday and occasion beauty treatments within a luxury setting. The staff are so knowledgeable and professional, and deliver a great beauty therapy experience! I'm never disappointed by my experience at Park West, great selection of nail colours and fantastic finish. Eyebrow tint, natural and healthy.

Jocelyn was amazing. I recently had micro blading done so my forehead was slightly dry, which contradicted my oily acne prone chin area. Jocelyn decided to do a ‘half and half’ facial, using 2 different treatments to accommodate each area. This has never been done before. During my massage I was thinking “I wish I added on a head massage” and without saying Jocelyn moved on to my scalp. ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. The full treatment experience was a 10/10 from start to finish. Even better that it was a weekday deal they had going on. See you soon!

Friendly and professional. I have had a variety of treatments from make up pedicures and nails done. Delighted with them all. I love the fact you can have a coffee and cake while you're there.

Another absolutely fantastic visit to Park West! Husband and I booked in to celebrate his birthday; treatments for both of us and use of the lodge. All I can say is, we have left floating on a cloud! Sharon is an absolute legend, working wonders with back, neck and shoulder massages followed by an Indian head massage. The lodge is a little slice of heaven where you can continue your relaxation, chill out and decompress on the loungers or in the hot tub and sauna; literally spoiled! We really didn't want to leave. The owner Jocelyn is the most beautiful soul and will have us back in a heartbeat

Wow! Fantastic facial, would highly recommend. My skin is glowing after 1 treatment. Not only did I get the crystal microdermabrasion facial she also gave me an arm/hand massage followed by neck massage. Treat yourselves ladies we are worth it! Susan was very attentive and very knowledgeable. I’ll be back 🤩🤩

Lovely relaxing massage. Felt really chilled & happy until I came outside and got a ticking off from Alan Strachan for not parking my car correctly. Apart from my car and his, there was not another soul there so he really didn’t need to spoil my post massage glow. Not the best end to a lovely massage.
