Always an absolute pleasure to come here for treatments. Natalie really listens to you and takes such a caring approach which is so refreshing! I’ve been overfilled before and it makes me nervous but Natalie takes a less is more approach and then see how we go - making sure you are happy with the results is her priority. I had an incredible massage! The space is was so relaxing, and after I told the therapist what areas I needed her to focus on, she really delivered. She worked out all the tension exactly where I needed it, and I left feeling completely refreshed and lighter. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a personalized, amazing massage!

I have been coming here for over a year now for a range of treatments including waxing, tints and botox. Nat has really created something beautiful, where you can feel so relaxed and have a such a funny time. All of the staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Nat is able to listen to you and see the vision and help you make it reality. It's absolutely my favourite salon in South.

Every time at Rose and River is a great time! I had a peeling with Sissy and she is super professional and makes you always at ease! She knows a lot and also knows how to deal with different situations that might arise. Generally, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, always great service. Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

Brooke is very professional, knowledgeable and consciousness. Everything is clean. I have anxiety but Brooke makes me feel relaxed. She is extremely kind and friendly.
