I had a colonic Hydrotherapy today for the 1st time. The lady was really lovely and make me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using their salon again.

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

Had an AMAZING bespoke facial with Sehar complete with massage and Guasha followed by light therapy. It was the most thoughtfully curated sensory experience, right down to the music which was completely relaxing without being the cliche "spa playlist". Sehar has really intuitive hands and you can tell she is fully focused on the process she is taking you through. It's the perfect birthday gift for a friend or special treat for yourself and I can see the sculpting effect already!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

I had THE most wonderful bespoke facial with Yoko! She was knowledgable and attentive from the very start, talking me through all the products she was going to use and giving advice on how to care for my skin afterwards. I’ve had a share of facials in the past but this one was something extraordinary - I was utterly relaxed and enjoyed every single minute, I didn’t want my appointment to end! If you‘re starting to feel like your body‘s check engine light has been on for a bit too long, you need to book yourself in for the anti-stress session. From the moment you step into the Greenwich Spa you’re already going to feel the most relaxed you’ve felt all day, and it’s just going to get better. Melody is a magician when it comes to dispersing every ounce of tension and stress from you, even when your shoulders and back are as knotted as mine! I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. 5 stars all round !

The Greenwich Spa is becoming one of my favourite places to go. I love the Iyashi Dome infratherapy sauna, it is an absolute favourite for me. If you haven't tried it, Do!!! The main benefits being detox, slimming, anti-ageing, and it improves sleep and relaxation. I am also doing a course of colonics which are really helping with my digestion and feeling more comfortable. Susanne has been excellent, and the rest of the team too. While you are there you feel comfortable and really well looked after.
