I had a colonic Hydrotherapy today for the 1st time. The lady was really lovely and make me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using their salon again.

Elisa is simply amazing! So knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The salon space is very clean, relaxing and Elisa has a lovely energy. I had a dermaplaning facial with extractions (so gentle) and LED light therapy. I left with glowing skin and had a much better idea of how to correctly look after my skin after Elisa’s skin analysis and education on correct aftercare. Elisa went above and beyond and sent me a detailed skincare plan, I will definitely be back to do a course of peels! I also bought the sunscreen which is amazing, not greasy and super light weight. 10/10

I loved my highlights and haircut as usual. The colour perfectly suits my face. I have been going to New Cross Beauty salon past 6-7 years, service very friendly and professional. Accommodating especially when working full time folks. I always ask for Valda or Galina when booking my visit. Staff always up to date with current trends, haircuts, colours and new techniques. I would recommend this salon to everyone who is looking for stylish haircut and colour.

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

My friend and I had a girly getaway weekend and decided to treat ourselves to a massage. I found this place and booked it, and it was absolutely fantastic! I indulged in the Aromatherapy Massage, while my mate went for the Deep Tissue Massage. 💆🏽‍♀️ The staff were super lovely, making the whole experience even better. We left feeling totally rejuvenated ✨

This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

Elisa is the absolute best. She is very welcoming and knows what she is doing. I left my appointment with my skin feeling refreshed and more knowledge on what routine and tips would be best for my skin concerns. She also provides a tailored skincare plan afterwards. Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.
