Welcoming reception with plenty of time to clarify procedures. Floatation tank experience was intriguing and really helped me relax. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the therapists knowledge. Will visit again for the red light therapy.

Always great to have Kathryn visit. As a disabled person a good massage makes all the difference, and she is always attentive to my needs on a particular day. A regular visit is always recommended!

The most amazing, calming experience! I felt welcomed into the space and was guided through everything before being left to relax and enjoy! The red light room and crystal mat was incredibly soothing for my aches and pains. The float tank was a surreal experience and the hour flew by! As someone who suffers with fibromyalgia and ADHD, it was amazing to feel weightless and calm and my busy brain managed to shut off, allowing me to just be.. I felt surprisingly refreshed afterwards and enjoyed spending time chatting in the open space. I had the best sleep that night and I can’t wait to return!

I wanted to see if the weightlessness and sensory deprivation of a flotation tank would help ease a tired body and a busy mind. I booked a package to include an infrared and crystal therapy room. I was helped by Prue and Larry who were lovely and welcoming. They gave me a tour and explained what to do/ expect and answered any questions. I went the infrared room first, I loved it. I felt rooted to the spot, grounded. The flotation tank was bliss. Wasn't sure if I would, but I stayed in the dark the whole time, so calming. The experience slowed me right down, which is what I had hoped for 🙏

As a professional boxer, recovery is really important to me to ensure I can get the absolute best out of each and every training session. Hi I booked this for my mum as a gift. And she had some feed back as a disabled person . It's located up 4 flights of stairs which isn't advertised on your sight which she struggled with also no hand rails in the shower. She would have also liked the option of coffee . She would also have liked smalls snacks to be available for purchase as she has diabetes. Over all though she loved the service and would recommend to other people also she really liked the customer service .

This was my first float - after getting used to the sensation & totally letting my muscles relax I felt a total disconnect. My brain was so relaxed. Had lights on for a bit and then turned them off which was even better. Was strange to feel weightless but it felt like a total break. Feel good for it & will go back! The whole place was nice - full experience from puting on slippers, instructions for floating & relaxing afterwards with water and herbal tea. Christos & Larry were great, was a great experience. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! I had the pumpkin spiced massage 🎃 this evening and I did not want it to stop! Feeling so relaxed. Kathryn was very professional, and genuinely such a lovely person. My boyfriend also had the same treatment and he also commented how good it was compared to previous massages! Highly recommend and we will be back! 10/10 💆‍♀️

Loved it! I had an hour of the infrared sauna, with a complimentary bottle of water, slippers, towel, robe, and use of a shower with toiletries. What a fabulous place to relax and reset your body. Well worth it.

Kathryn is a lovely, calm, skilled therapist. The home visit was brilliant - I was able to have the room set up how I like it (temperature, lighting etc) but Kathryn still brought things to pay attention to my comfort and added to the relaxation with music and cushions etc. Highly recommend

Pru again used her knowledge and skills to help treat an ongoing pain issue, whilst creating a warm, safe environment.

Another fabulous treatment had full body again and tryed express facial with red light which was lovely Carnt recommended enough 🙌🏼💓

Had a brow and lashes tint today with Kathryn I'm so happy with my results no mascara needed now for a few weeks thanks again Kathryn 😊

This place is a portal into deep healing and relaxation. I’m SO grateful somewhere like this has opened in Sheffield ❤️ the owners are so lovely and every time I leave I feel like I’m floating on a cloud. I’ve used the infrared sauna many times but today I tried the crystal mat and red light for the first time, and wow. If you’re unsure or sceptical, just try it - it’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. So deeply relaxing and healing.
