Mel goes above and beyond with all her services. I have had a number of treatments with Mel lashes, brows and my new favourite aesthetics treatments. She listens and advises. She has made me 10 years younger and takes time to listen to my concerns and address them. My first experience with a Gua sha facial was incredible, and it certainly won't be my last! It was very relaxing, and I appreciated how Mel explained the benefits of each technique and product she used during the facial. I was amazed at how contoured and refreshed my face looked afterwards. The creams smelled wonderful, and I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep during the head massage.

Been a client of Mel's for a while but only for my brows, as I am off on holiday, I decided to try false lashes for the first time in a while as I have never been entirely pleased with the effect. Mel listened to what I wanted, she did a fab job and I love them. They are so light and easy to wear to, no sense of heaviness or being aware of having them on.
