The Pamper Me Package is superb. I high recommend it . If you can, do it at the end of your day. I was ready to curl up with a blanket and sleep when it was over. I wasn't exhausted, just completely relaxed and ready to let my body enjoy that sensation longer. I definitely would love to do that again.

I had accupressure and reflexology done. My feet were sore from the moment I stepped out of bed. By the time the session was over I had learned that my feet clearly indicate the areas of my body I need to put attention on. My legs were so relaxed and tension free when I left.
