I had a lovely experience. Professional people I love the tranquility in the massage room. Matthew did an excellent job after explaining my shoulder issue. He knew exactly where to massage and what was needed. First time someone actually did the correct massage to get to the problem areas. I can highly recommend Kahe Hands and Matthew. I will be going weekly as part of the healing process.

Bella is really great - Best in business in my opinion. She knows her anatomy. She listens to her clients needs. Uses initiative. Reads their bodies and makes recommendations. She is an adaptable and flexible therapist. I've been using her services for almost 2 years and I'm so happy I found her. She is better than most physios. I've gone to her many times for spasms, injuries and maintenance therapy. You will not be disappointed.

Stepping into 2025 with severe lower back pain was not how I wanted to start the year. I booked with Calista and she helped me so that I could move and bend. So it was a nerve impingement in the SI muscle. Very grateful that I can always call and be helped.
