I had a lovely birthday treat! Staff were polite and respectful and ensured that my experience was enjoyable and relaxing. My only comment would be that my manicure took longer than expected and as I had another prior engagement, my nails did not get sufficient time to dry thoroughly. As a first time client, I was thoroughly impressed with the service which I received at The Spa Lounge. Due to a scheduling mix-up, the salon actually was not opened today (Whit Monday) despite my making an appointment approximately two weeks ago. My first interaction with Niki was over the phone this morning, when she not only apologized for the error, but actually gave up her morning to meet me at the salon. The care, professionalism and attention to detail exhibited during the appointment was unmatched. This was easily the best Brazilian wax I've ever had! I will definitely be back.

The kids definitely enjoyed their splish splash feet pedicure and mini facials, the staff members were very friendly and courteous. The environment was very nice and we were served wine, juice or water while waiting on the kids. Will definitely return.

I was totally blown away by this young proprietor's attitude and aptitude during my first visit at her business. Daniel is very pleasant; she's well-spoken having had meaningful conversation covering many topics while I sat in the comfort of her clean, spacious salon which is outfitted with up-to-date amenities (fully functioning pedi station etc). She has an attentive ear and an eye for detail as she was able to deliver what was conveyed to her verbally as I was unable to produce an "inspo" pic. I had a refreshing afternoon with this talented young entrepreneur and highly recommend a visit
