Wonderful experience. From the welcome stepping in the door, the tour of the facilities, the secure lockers and lovely bathroom and sitting lounge. Then the experience really started with Joslyn providing a peaceful and blissful RITUAL experience - a scrub and shower, a hydrating wrap and massage, then a unique facial. None of the treatments were rushed and the experience was finished off with a champagne and chocolate in the lounge. I floated out of Hale Spa.

OMG! Experiencing the complete head massage with deep scrub of the scalp was amazing and the facial was so relaxing! I must comment on the facial peel which was so goddamn good! I will be returning for sure!!

My first time at the Scalp Spa was a dream. I had the hydra facial which left my skin feeling youthful and my body/mind relaxed. The beauty therapist who did my facial was kind and highly intelligent in her area of expertise. She tailored the facial for my skins needs and taught me a lot in the process. As I was waiting for my facial,another beauty therapist generously blow dried my hair from walking in the rain to the appointment. It was so sweet and such a kind gesture. Unfortunately the receptionist was not as welcoming and had a rude attitude towards my mum with a disability. Bad day maybe

Absolutely amazing! I was so relaxed from start to finish. The spa treatments I had was the back sea salt scrub and massage which was very relaxing but to my delight, the best was yet to come with the Scalpacial Spa. I would highly recommend having this if you haven't tried it already. Not only was I extremely relaxed during this experience, my scalp was diagnosed to be very congested. The scrups, massage and natural products used improved the appearance of my scalp had improved by 80% under microscope. I would highly recommend booking yours soon. You won't be disappointed!

Loved the body scrub and wrap. So relaxing. Facial was good - asked for products for sensitive skin but they made my face tingle a bit. Plunge pool to finished was lush.

I had a fantastic experience getting a vanilla body scrub and head massage - definitely recommend for those wanting to de-stress. Hale is a relaxing environment, the staff are super friendly and the lounge idea for before/after treatments is a great ideas.

I had forgotten my gift voucher and the staff went to great lengths to locate it in the system which meant I was able to enjoy the facilities before my appointment rather than doing the round trip to pick it up from home. The treatment was wonderful. My therapist was extremely professional/talented and I thoroughly enjoyed the body scrub and facial.

My therapist, Lyn, (who did the body scrub, wrap and massage) was wonderful as was the beautician who did my manicure. The facilities were wonderful including the relaxing lounge area. I felt very comfortable and pampered.

I had a facial & body wrap today at 2:30pm - I wish I got my therapist’s name! She was amazing, originally I had booked a massage & in the time between booking & appointment fell pregnant (early in first tri) - didn’t think anything of it but unfortunately she was not trained in pregnancy massage & there were no other therapists available. Knowing I would have to pay the cancellation fee, instead she organised for me to have a body scrub & wrap! I was so thankful! The treatments on their own were obviously incredible but the added service by my therapist made it even better. Thank you!
