Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Carolina is the best facialist hands down. I’ve been going to her for around 8 years now and she is brilliant!! I have a peel, caci and a heat treatment to stimulate collagen. I feel so much better after seeing her and people always notice my glow! Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I booked an aromatherapy massage and a facial and since entering the Spa until leaving everyone was absolutely fantastic! Had a bespoke facial with Angela. It was very relaxing and nourishing. The massage was amazing and my skin feels energised and already see visible sculpting. Highly recommend, will be back for another treatment.

I feel like a new woman. The studio was so easy to find. The room was perfect temperature, the bed was heated! Had the most amazing massage and very much needed facial. Will definitely be back next month, Audrey is the best!

Very clean atmosphere and place. Very relaxing and calm environment. The staff were great and kind and offered complimentary drinks. They offer different treatments like massages and facials. The facial I got felt very luxurious and my skin feels healthier. Would definitely recommend and come back here.

I had a fantastic hydro facial at Arena Spa and Beauty Clinic! The clinic was spotless and inviting, and the staff were so warm and attentive. They explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. My skin has never looked so fresh and glowing! Truly a top-notch experience—highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Second massage here in 2 days. First with Yui, second with Pat. Both female therapists are AMAZING and I would go daily to either of them if I could! They check in on pressure, comfort level, etc and have the skills and technique to make you leave the massage feeling like you’re floating. I am staying at a hotel a couple of blocks away and needed a massage after my long flight from the U.S. and Yui fixed me right up!!! I came back the next day for maintenance and relaxation and saw Pat. I may get another session in if my tourism schedule allows! GREAT gem in this Kensington neighborhood!!!

I have visited Brigita's salon several times for various treatments. I was very pleased with how Dimitra did my nails. Very pleasant and professional. Brigita has done other treatments for me that include eyebrows, massages, facials and I will definitely be back.
