10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had the express facial and the classic pedicure. My therapist Kia was professional in her attitude and performance of her tasks. The spa's ambience and selection of music played was quite relaxing. I thorougly enjoyed the whole experience.

I had a lovely birthday treat! Staff were polite and respectful and ensured that my experience was enjoyable and relaxing. My only comment would be that my manicure took longer than expected and as I had another prior engagement, my nails did not get sufficient time to dry thoroughly. The kids definitely enjoyed their splish splash feet pedicure and mini facials, the staff members were very friendly and courteous. The environment was very nice and we were served wine, juice or water while waiting on the kids. Will definitely return.

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. My first experience with Encore Beauty Studio was awesome, the fact that it was my birthday made it even more special. I was in addition to the soothing and relaxing facial calming music and the gentle touch of Sharina's my room was beautifully decorated with pink balloons and flowers after which I was given a glass of wine while being pampered with a pedicure the ambiance and decor was second to none.....It was simply the best...
