A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

The best facial I've ever had. Emma really listened to my needs. My skin feels super clean, lifted refreshed. And I've never been so relaxed. The products used were beautiful. I will be back for more.

My first time getting a facial alongside manicure and pedicure and honestly service was great. Tia created a nice ambience and made me feel welcomed and comfortable - she was effiecient, friendly and talked me through my treatment. I have left feeling revitalised! Will definitely be back soon! My daughter had her hair cut here today and she was thrilled with her new style! The stylist was so lovely to her and really listened to what she wanted and the results were just perfect! Our appointment was initially booked at the Deptford salon but due to staff illness it was moved to this location but they made sure we could still be fit in at the time we needed which was very appreciated! I’d definitely go here again with my daughter and I’ll likely book myself in soon too! Thank you!

Got a detan facial from Simran. Experience was great and Simran was quite nice throughout the facial. She also shared the steps she was following during the 1 hr of facial session which was great. Recommend this as its great value for money.
