I had never had a facial before but Jess put me at ease & I enjoyed the.experience. I chose the relax & unwind which was nice. My only criticism is trying to relax when you can hear hairdryers & conversation from the salon is a bit off putting

Lovely relaxing facial with Lizzie. What I really like is she makes sure everything is warm and comfortable and then lets you just enjoy it without constantly chatting right the way through it. If I could I would have a facial every week it makes you feel so good.
