It was my 2nd time having a facial with Olivia and I just loved it!! My skin is glowing and looking flawless. Olivia really looks after you and your skin and also gives tips to keep the same glow at home. Her set is really comfy and clean and tidy up. You really get comfortably during the session. Thank you so much Olivia!! And yes, I have already booked my 3rd session ☺️

The best ever facial !! Alaine really was so welcoming she made me feel calm and relaxed even before the treatment commenced… definitely booking another session.

Had a lovely, nurturing holistic deluxe facial. This is much more than a typical 'beauty' facial. It's more of an overall wellness experience and I came away feeling really relaxed. Thoroughly recommend.

Lauren has been doing my eyebrows regularly for a couple of years and always does a great job. This was the first time I had had a facial with her and it was just divine! Such a relaxing experience and my skin still feels amazing days later, I’ll definitely be having another one!

I was made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Vicki was very attentive and checked in with me on a few occasions to make sure I was warm/cool/comfortable. She was very professional and friendly and I prefer to not go to a salon so it was perfect for me. Vicki explained everything to me beforehand so I knew exactly what was happening. The facial was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I felt her prices were really good too. I will definitely use Vicki again and I can highly recommend her. I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️
