Amazing Indian head massage! Much better than experienced elsewhere, made to feel so welcome and relaxed, the. Facial was lovely and I felt thoroughly pampered, thank you, I will 100% be back soon! X

I suffer with acne and the facial really helped with the appearance of my acne spots and also made my skin look super smooth too. The products used were amazing and smelled really nice. My skin felt amazing afterwards and Annabel is so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She could tell what my skin needed and offered advice for my skin routine. I've been coming to Rachael Katie for some time now and can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I came in for my regular hydrafacial with the wonderful Michael. This is always so relaxing and the results are amazing. Since I've been having this treatment my skin has honestly been transformed. I have always had large pores and thought it was just something I just would have to live with as I have tried many facials and other treatments. They are virtually invisible now.
