The service of a mani pedi with shellac and paraffin wax treatment was wonderful. Our only complaint is that it was pretty warm in the spa. It doesn’t have to be freezing but a few degrees cooler would be more comfortable.

I recently had another amazing waxing session with Alex, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alex was incredibly professional and thorough, ensuring all hair was removed while making me feel completely comfortable. She’s also a fantastic conversationalist, which made the time fly by. My second time into Lush. I had my nails done by Zoe both times. She is great! Really friendly and her work is amazing. The complimentary shoulder massage while waiting for my paraffin wax treatment to be done wax so relaxing! Highly recommend.

The experience at Elk and Doe is like no other. I've never become a regular at a spa/salon until I discovered this Gem and now I've been a regular for a few months now! All of these ladies are amazing. I have had the opportunity to use Sahar, Sharnette and even Aileen and all 3 ladies are amazing at what they do. Sahar literally has the touch of an angel and I've never been more happy with how my eyebrows look after she threads them. She also really makes you feel like a friend/family member. And Sharnette makes you feel comfortable and makes great convo when I go for a wax. Amazing always!

Wonderful place for a mani and/or pedi! I left feeling extra pampered. Super friendly staff, great selection of nail polish and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend, it is a neighbourhood gem! Going back soon to try their waxing services.

Been coming here since the grand opening. The space is clean. Staff is professional and very friendly. They offer many services...nails, waxing, permanent makeup, tattoo removal.... I see Katie for my nails every two weeks. She does a biogel onlay and my nails (design or not) are flawless every time. I definitely recommend maison nails open 7 days a week!

I love this place. Dina is my go to for eyelash tint and lift, nails and the most luxurious collagen facial I have ever experienced. The ladies are so friendly and I feel welcome and relaxed in their company. We also laugh, a lot, chatting about life during treatments. Highly recommend!
