Very good facial however a little disappointed because when I arrived I asked for my eyebrows to be shaped but was told that the therapist who was doing my facial was not trained to do waxing. There was no consideration, no plan made to perhaps ask another therapist to do the waxing whilst the other therapist continued with my foot massage etc. I'm certain a little bit of thinking outside of the box could have resolved this. In addition, please can I ask that a lamp be used in the room as it is hard to relax with such a bright light overhead.

She is such a divine individual, really takes her time to get to know you and what you are comfortable with and looking for, in terms of what your treatment may be. I had done combination brows and it was the most amazing and comfortable experience ever. Tamlyn is so kind, professional and friendly. I absolutely love my eyebrows.. The shape is stunning.. I've never had eyebrows like this. She also did lash lift for me and my lashes are looking so beautiful and curly. Now they stand out more when I apply my mascara. Thank you Tamlyn for making me to wake-up with makeup.

It is always a great and relaxing time being pampered by Londy. She is a star. Only issue this time was the therapist next to me was sniffing and making that awful snorting noise and the lady she was doing and myself raised our eyebrows at each other. Its rather off putting having this and perhaps your staff should be made aware of this. Think her name was Londiwe. Sorry to bring this to your attention but it is not a pleasant experience being subjected to that.
