I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding. Far exceeded expectations. I was in town for a conference and decided I needed a massage. I just found Natural Balance Therapies online and was assigned a therapist according to availability. I've gotten massage therapy from quite a lot of people over the years, and perhaps this was the best one yet. Very impressed with her ability to read the body, find just the right spot, and apply just the right amount of pressure. I felt looser and springier after the session. She's also the only massage therapist who didn't trigger a tickle response ever.

Possibly the best massage I've had since India. The therapy studios are very clean and smart. God lighting. Christian was very solicitous explaining everything. Lovely oils and towels and cool music... Strongly recommend the Lomi Lomi massage. Excellent in every way. Perfect touch and

After experiencing lower back pain, I sought the assistance of Matt for a 90-minute massage and cupping session. Remarkably, following the treatment, the pain subsided and I regained my mobility. Amazing massage and cupping with Jinny

Cupping is fantastic for reenergising. Need to breathe through the initial discomfort in certain locations as cups are placed on your body. Good indication of your health. Jin can advise next steps based on results.

Cupping is painful to start but you breathe through the initial pain, if any, and it is exhilarating at the end. I feel like I have a new body full of energy.

Acupuncture , massage and cupping. Excellent. Cupping can be painful so don’t expect a pain free experience. Tip is to breathe through the pain as they attach.

It is a breath of fresh air to have someone so good at it here in Brighton, having experienced massages all over the world.
