Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! First time ever I decided to go go Hajamma. My brother in law recommended Bilal at Therapy Clinic Ilford. Bilal administered Hajamma. I found Bilal very knowledgeable in his field of physiotharapy. He was very kind and attentive. I commend Bilal highly. Will definitely visit in a months time.

Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Very professional and friendly service. It was my first time doing hijama (cupping) and I felt at ease by their level of service and knowledge. I opted also for sports massage and it was also excellent. The clinic is very hygienic and organised. I highly recommend this clinic!

The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I took Full Body Posture Adjustment & Wet Cupping Honestly i woke up day after like a brand new man .My pain reduced by 90% Alhamduliah I like how they treat clients by calling them day after the treatment to check how they doing to advise them to keep up with the exercise and do healthy choices in life Once again thank you Bilal may god bless 🤲🏽
