I went for waxing and threading here. It is painless and smooth. Customer service is also great. She is extremely profession and always make sure to do quality services with extra time. Simran is awesome as always. She so effortlessly did my waxing without any pain. Pallavi did my express facial and gave me a really amazing massage. She is definitely good at this. I’m so relaxed after the facial. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I were serviced by Manpreet by/for the 1st time who was lovely, very well professional with my Eyebrow Shape & Upperlip Waxing & Threading + Underarms & Brazilian Wax. Elegant Beauty always has such friendly professional staff. Whoever picks their staff does a great job. I usually go to Northlands but today I saw Rudhika at The Palms. Dimple is professional and efficient at waxing. Also recommend Ghd straightening. Blonde stylist is a superstar.

The waxing went amazing! Very careful with the procedure and the wax smelt lovely. The hybrid tint was 100% worth it, my brows look so much fuller now. She took my opinion on the colour into consideration as we discussed it beforehand. Also, lash lift&tint 10/10 results, first time getting it so I don't have anything to compare it to but it looks so flattering!

I have had my eyebrows, lashes and waxing/threading done hundreds of times in many different places, and I only ended up here because my normal person cancelled due to sickness. I can honestly say this was the best place I’ve ever been to, it was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep, which I’ve never done before. I also never leave reviews on anywhere or anything, but I did thoroughly enjoy this appointment.
