Leanne is a lovely person! And very informative about skin care. The only downside was that my legs and underarms were all red raised bumps from the moment of waxing until fully 48 hours later. Whatever balm (whether type or amount) she put on me after waxing was not sufficient to soothe the irritation caused by the waxing.

Zach was very friendly and detailed to his work. Getting waxing sometimes can be very uncomfortable but Zach made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in too much pain the whole time. He did a fantastic job!

The girls there especially Carmen & Sijia (hope I spelt the names correctly) are lovely, attentive and very friendly and caring about their clients and skin. Loved the treatments so far especially the nctf microneedling & have already booked in package treatments down the road. Keep up the good work!

Cindy is an absolute professional. I've gone to her for builder nails, eyelash extensions, and brow lamination so far, and I've been very happy with everything she has done for me so far. The nails last ages, and don't chip. You only have to replace them as they grow out. I get lots of compliments on them. The lashes are lovely, and look pretty natural which I like. The brows I tried for the first time, and I'm sure I'll be back! Overall would highly recommend Cindy. She's very friendly and warm, makes you feel at ease right away. She also has the cutest kitty, Cleo.

Exceeded my expectations. Professional, strong, attended to my chronic pain issues by listening when pressure was too deep. Great combination of pressure points and therapeutic styles. Will be booking in regularly after bike rides to help with back, arm, hand, shoulder, neck and leg pain. It would be good if Nara was available on more days other than Monday.
