Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! Richard pays close attention to what the customer says and then works to help with those specific trouble areas while giving advice on how to improve further. He is highly qualified and wants to get the best out of the sessions.

Great session with Sabin brother - explained everything clearly. Gave me a brief and concise initial assessment, followed by a thorough sports massage/cupping therapy procedure. He’s very professional and very accommodating to his clients. I’m feeling like a new man now, so couldn’t recommend him more. Thank you brother !

I've been seeing Rich at Farnborough Sports massage for years; he is incredible. He mostly addresses my sports and weight training-related tightness and knotsn and is an absolute wizard. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
