I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Before starting the therapy, I was in agony, the pain was terrible, I wasn't able to walk even 500 meters. The pain killer only helped for few hours and I started to feel sick because of them. After few sessions of therapy I need medication very rarely and the pain is way less noticeable. Thank you very much for the help.
