Amara was brilliant.. she explained everything in great detail. I went to Amara due to painful sciatica in my left leg and hip. Straight away I can feel that the tension has got a lot milder and I can walk about much better. I’m hoping this will be the same when I go to bed.

I was soo lethargic before coming, could hardly stay awake, had my hijama treatment and felt soo much lighter and wide awake. Really needed this. Fab service.

This was the first time I had cupping done I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. As soon as I got there Amara was very friendly and welcoming that I felt at ease. Throughout the treatment Amara was explaining the process and going through the steps in great detail, she was so gentle that I didn’t feel a thing. After the treatment Amara explained the aftercare and advised on what to do. So glad I finally plucked the courage and had cupping done already my body feels so good, healing well and excited to see the difference in the coming weeks. Can’t wait to go back in 5 weeks 😊
