I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. Sim is amazing! Has already improved my skin texture in one session and appears to be the only person I've seen that was able to identify my problem for what it actually is (trapped oil and not milia). My four year old daughter stroked my face a few days after my appointment and asked me what I had on my face- to which I said nothing- and she then said why does your face feel so soft mammy? I was so gassed! Also, Sim is lovely to talk to which definitely makes the appointment more fun! Would highly recommend. Looking forward to going back for my next appointment.

Absolutely beautiful experience, the space Sam has created here and the services she offers are incredible. I went for the first time today after having moved to the area, had a back massage, reiki and reflexology and I will for sure become a regular!
