I was slightly nervous before walking into my reiki session but as soon as Claire greeted me with a hug I instantly knew there was nothing to worry about. The room was SO relaxing and smelt amazing. I felt completely at peace throughout my experience and had the best night sleep. I’ve woken up feeling more energised and like a weight has been lifted. I will 100% be booking for another session! What a positive first experience! I have never had reiki before but Clare was so lovely, calm and welcoming. She explained the process to me in a very professional manner. The set up of the room, atmosphere and music immediately makes you feel calm, comfortable and safe. The experience felt like a wave of relief, and has completely cleared my mind. I feel like a weight has been lifted. I feel much lighter, at peace and refreshed. look forward to the benefits this will bring me. Lucy is fantastic! She has really helped me with a trapped nerve in my neck, with massage, heat therapy, acupuncture, giving me exercises and advice on my work desk setup. Would highly recommend!

Claire is a master at what she does. Relaxed and laidback, you will not regret attending one of Claire's sessions. It is not an understatement to say it has changed my life, and I am certainly much calmer having done it. Would definitely recommend and hoping to visit again soon for a peaceful top-up.

I have just woken from THE best nights sleep I have had in ages - following the healing hour with Claire yesterday. Claire is, as always, warm and welcoming and reacts to the clients needs. I would recommend Claire to anyone who needs some healing, aligning, rejuvenating or relaxation. ✨✨

Sean began treating me a while ago after I have had a few years of chiropractic care, NHS physio and years of yoga. Sean quickly identified the problem and helped me understand that the physiotherapy given to me by NHS physios were too advanced and I needed a stronger foundation first. Additionally to this, Sean set about with massage\ manipulation to loosen up the lower back and related areas. Treatment with Sean coupled woth the exercises he has given jas managed to get me back to martial arts and feeling WAY better than I have in years. As Sean was to me... I would highly recommend him!!
