I had colonic hydrotherapy with Steph. Steph explained everything clearly and proceeded with care. The whole treatment felt comfortable and relaxing. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. I felt dignified throughout. Aftercare given. We also had a good chat about nutrition and what helps your micro biome and bowl movements. The salon is easy to find, good parking and has a lovely waiting room.

I had such a beautiful nurturing aromatherapy massage with Nicola. I felt nourished and had a real energetic release at the end. It was more than a massage, I kind of felt like I had been in a relaxing vortex; a healing bubble that I didn't want to come out of at the end of the session. Another amazing facial with reiki. Super relaxing, the heated bed is so cozy, I felt immediately cozy and calm. Steph puts you at ease straight away with her friendly considerate nature. Always so professional and respectful. The creams, facial massages, masks, pressure points, eye mask and use of crystals felt so good on the skin and released tension in my face and jaw. Lovely touch having a chocolate treat afterwards too. This is my monthly self-care treatment, I can't do without. Thank you so much x

My family and I have used the podiatry and physiotherapy services. Both have been excellent. The podiatrist Gary carried out my surgical procedure with care. I felt very comfortable, the aftercare has been brilliant., kind and informative. I believe we saw Nick (it was a few months ago) for sports related injuries and problems with both my children. Again, very informative, with a plan to not just help the healing process but to avoid future injuries. I particularly liked that this was backed up with an email detailing exercises with specific videos to help my daughters muscle strengthening.

1st time ever having Reiki, Wasn’t sure what to expect but Steph sensitively guided me through what would happen and what may be the outcome. My experience may differ from yours but I would strongly recommend a visit here! Lovely atmosphere in a comfortable professional thoughtful studio with a homely feel, Guided by someone whom had the ability to explain to a novice in a gentle thorough way that left me feeling informed and in my case eager to learn more.I absolutely will be returning here and would urge you to if your reading this and if you feel as good as I did I would not be surprised!
