Always an amazing experience at the Floatation Sanctuary. You are guaranteed to relax from the moment you step through the door. The staff really care about the place and their customers and the service is top notch. I love getting the trio of compression therapy, infrared sauna and the float - the best way to recover after a hard training week.

I suffer Achilles Tendinitis but I'm also training for Hyrox. I've set treatment from my Physio, but I’ve only been able to continue my training at a higher level thanks to Jess. She’s always shown high consideration for my injuries, openly discusses her plan & continues to ensure I’m happy throughout the massage. The facilities are high quality, always comfortable & though the massage is firm, I am always relaxed & ready to train again (chill for a day though, you’ve deserved it!). I can’t thank & recommend Jess enough, cheerful nature, great communication, experience & knowledge. Huge Kudos!

Great facilities and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We were given some great tips for contrast therapy which helped us get the most out of our session. We’ll be back!

I love the hot / cold therapy at Recovery Centre. I’m not an athlete, I’m just some guy, but I always feel a million bucks after coming out of that cold water! Heaps of fun to do with a group of friends 👍

Fantastic. Left feeling VERY relaxed and refreshed. Also, the usual aches and pains I have daily in my lower back and hips were gone. Will definitely use floatation therapy again in the future.

The introduction was excellent. I have thoroughly enjoy my first flotation therapy.

The compression is great for my sore hip. The experienced staff are friendly and amazing. They offer great advice for muscle stiffness and injuries.
