10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had warm bamboo massage which was nice. The beverage was a nice touch and the customer service was excellent. I would have liked if there was relaxing sound during the massage. Additionally, a diffuser with an essential oil would have elevated the experience.

The added services were great, having a massage and hot towel afterwards was a service I didn't know I needed.

I book the leg & feet massage along with a classic pedicure for my work Colleague. Her service was done by Shereena and it was indeed a great and rewarding experience for her. She expressed to me how amazing it felt, so warm and refreshing. It definitely created a longlasting effect on her. Shereena was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. Very good deep massage with my therapist

Was good overall but Andrea isn't a great massager. She didn't always let me know what would happen next. She started to massage my head without saying anything. When she prepared the shower and left the room, I wasn't certain if I was to go in at that point. After a few mins she came back in with a robe and slippers so I could walk to the shower. Basic communication is essential. It's not being chatty, it's simply essential to the comfort of the client to know what step in the procedure will be next and what they need to do/don't do. I'll be back tho and Nakita has been highly recommended.

I slept for 7 hours straight after my massage, and I'm an insomniac. So absolutely brilliant!!

I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming.
